Driveways, Sidewalks, and Landscape Plans

Driveways will all be:

Retaining walls as part of any approved landscape plan will be:

All landscaping plans must be submitted to and approved by the ACC. Any landscape plan will be developed by a registered landscape architect and conform to Prairie’s Edge landscape standards.

Any retaining walls, as part of an approved landscape plan, will be Eden Weathered Edge Outcropping Limestone.

All driveways will be broom swept concrete. All walkways will be broom swept concrete, or an approved stamped concrete, or an approved paver.

Bellevue Brooklyn Outdoor Wall Sconce and Additional Outdoor Lighting
