• Placement and number of exterior sconces vary by cottage design
• Any additional outdoor lighting will be approved as part of a complete landscape plan developed by a registered landscape architect
• Landscape or additional lighting will be approved by the ACC
• All lighting will be designed and installed to not shine on or into neighboring property
